Whether coloring or additives - we blend high-quality polyethylene (PE-LD/MD/HD) or polypropylene with masterbatches and other additives according to your specifications. We then extrude it into strands and produce homogeneous granules for your further processing. All under certified conditions. If so desired, we can also provide you with pharmaceutical-grade documentation for prescription preparation.

Formative: Flex profile extrusion

We extrude profiles, such as seals or hoses, with diameters of up to 40 millimeters in the clean room under special hygienic measures. They are therefore also suitable for the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology. We use thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) as a material because of their many good properties. First and foremost: Recyclability, a hardness of 67 Shore A (DIN ISO 7619-1), tensile strength of 5 MPa (DIN 53504/ISO 37), 600 percent elongation at break and a tear propagation resistance of 17 Newtons per millimeter. With the aid of additives such as lubricants or UV stabilizers, we can further refine or variably adjust these properties. Coloration by means of masterbatch is also possible as desired. Sustainable and resource-saving: Flex Recycling

Pure plastics such as polyethylene (PE-LD/MD/HD) or polypropylene are valuable, reusable materials. Such as, for example, remnants resulting from our blow-fill-seal contract manufacturing. We shred, melt and prepare all the material so that the end result is flawless, reusable plastic granulate. Also in your order and if necessary in your desired color. Our mill processes self-filled containers. The wastewater is discharged in a filtered manner so that no piece of plastic is lost and nature is protected. We sell the granules in bags, bigbags or octabins.
